3. Products & Personalization

• All products are made-to-order and custom-printed based on your selections at checkout.
• Product colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to differences in monitor calibration and print processes.
• It is your responsibility to double-check all customization details (names, sizes, designs, and shipping address) before submitting your order. We are unable to make changes once production has begun.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders containing offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).
• We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods offered at checkout.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of checkout is the price you will be charged.
• Sales tax may be applied based on your shipping address, as required by law.

5. Order Processing & Cancellations

Orders enter production quickly after being placed — typically within 1–3 business days. Because production begins so soon after ordering, our cancellation window is very limited. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at support@furavelle.com as soon as possible after placing your order. Once production has started, we are unable to cancel, modify, or redirect orders. Once an order has shipped, cancellations are not possible.

6. Shipping

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details on production times, shipping carriers, rates, and delivery estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control (e.g., weather, natural disasters). We are also not responsible for packages lost or undelivered due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer at checkout.

Please refer to our Return Policy for full details. As all products are custom-made, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. We stand behind the quality of our products and will make it right if there is a defect or error on our part. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
